About the "Feast of The Epiphany" or "Three Kings Day"
In early January we typically celebrate “Three Kings Day,” more formally known as The Epiphany of Our Lord. "Epiphany" is derived from a Greek word ἐπιφάνεια, epiphaneia, meaning “manifestation” and refers, generally, to Jesus being manifested to the gentile visitors from the East.
In the Latin Rite of the Catholic Church, Epiphany celebrates the revelation that Jesus was the Son of God. It focuses primarily on this revelation to the Three Wise Men, but also in his Baptism in the Jordan and at the wedding at Cana.

La Epifanía o el “Día de los Reyes Magos”
A principios de enero normalmente celebramos el "Día de los Reyes Magos", más formalmente conocido como La Epifanía. La epifanía se deriva de una palabra griega ἐπιφάνεια, epiphaneia, que significa "manifestación" y se refiere, en general, a la manifestación de Jesús a los visitantes gentiles del Oriente.
En el Rito Latino de la Iglesia Católica, la Epifanía celebra la revelación de que Jesús era el Hijo de Dios. Se centra principalmente en esta revelación a los Reyes Magos, pero también en su bautismo en el Jordán y en las bodas de Caná.
