About All Souls Catholic Cemetery
Cemetery History and Quick Facts
All Souls Catholic Cemetery is the eldest of the Diocese’s two historic Cemeteries. Records indicate that the first of the two plots of land and its gravesite plan was recorded in the public records in May 1890. Every year on the Feast of All Souls Day, we celebrate mass in our cemetery to pray for the deceased members of our parish and those buried there. The Cemetery is located west of downtown Sanford, along H E Thomas Jr. Parkway/West 25th Street/State Road 46a and is adjacent to Sanford’s Evergreen Municipal Cemetery. The approximate address is 1825 W. 25th Street (east of Hardy Avenue), in Sanford, FL. At this time All Souls Cemetery offers for purchase "burial rights" for two interment options: burial of full body remains and burial of cremated remains. For more information, please contact Mary Valente, Director of Cemetery Operations, ph: 407-322-3795 to answer any questions.
